Job Description

We are seeking a highly responsible, well-organized individual to fill a full-time position. Excellent benefits. Evening/weekend shifts will be required. The group home worker will provide direct supervision and life skills counseling to at-risk adolescents in a co-ed residential group home.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED and 1 year experience working in human services requred, with at-risk adolescents preferred. Degree in human services, criminal justice or counseling preferred. Knowledge of the juvenile justice system and residential experience preferred. Good organizational, written & verbal skills important.
