Customer Care Rep in Virginia Beach , VA

Kelly Services is currently seeking Customer Care Rep's for one of our top insurance clients in Virginia Beach, VA.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Brief customer service assessment is required before I can submit. Once you confirm interest, I will have the test emailed to you for completion right away

  • Process inbound fax requests from providers. Will make outbound calls only to verify missing information not included in the fax request

  • Operates a PC/image station to obtain and extract information; documents information, activities and changes in the database. Thoroughly documents inquiry outcomes for accurate tracking and analysis. Develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. Researches and analyzes data to address operational challenges and customer service issues. Provides external and internal customers with requested information. Under immediate supervision, receives and places follow-up telephone calls / e-mails to answer customer questions that are routine in nature. Uses computerized systems for tracking, information gathering and troubleshooting

Job Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Pharmacy, Healthcare, Customer Service experience required. Call center is preferred

  • Previous experience in fast paced environments. Strong work ethic is required

  • Proficient in MS Office and data entry

  • Must be adaptable and flexible with excellent multi-tasking/communication skills

Hours: Let me know your shift preference 8:00am-4:30pm (2 openings), 9:00am-5:30pm (1 opening), 10:00am-6:30pm (1 opening) and 11:00am-7:30pm (2 openings)

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Start Date: 3/26 (9+ month duration with possible extension)
