ManTech Subjct Matter Expert V in Norfolk, Virginia
ManTech is seeking a Subject Matter V who will be responsible for supporting one or more of the multiple information management systems that comprise the military s Garrison-based electronic health record (EHR), Armed Forces Health Longitudinal Technology Application (AHLTA), Composite Health Care System (CHCS) and Essentris®, MHS Genesis, TMIP-Joint, JOMIS, Maritime Medical Modules (MMM) as configured, installed and supported by each service. Ideal candidate will be involved in one or more of the following: systems and software engineering; research and development; integration and testing; implementation; verification and validation; software test and evaluation; information assurance; data consolidation and reporting; lifecycle management; and deployment of one or more of these medical systems.
Plan and organize work and interact with technical and non-technical personnel translating user requirements into responsive applications.
Lead system design integration planning for multiple large-scale installations.
Lead hardware and software Evaluation
Lead application and System Assessments, planning execution and management.
Lead System Test and Evaluation, planning execution and management.
Lead System requirements planning and oversight.
Lead Technical development product milestone scheduling.
Eighteen (18) years of hands-on experience with Information Technology, to include three of the following areas: program management and strategic planning, Systems Requirements, HIPAA requirements, Medical Systems, Navy Medical, Operational Requirements, Enterprise Strategic Planning and operations, Test & Evaluation, and Training.
Four years experience demonstrating the ability to plan and lead a technical/engineering team in multiple, diverse engineering disciplines.
Understanding of one or more of these concepts: advanced system architecture; information assurance; hardware technologies; digital/analog communications technologies; applied physics; human factors engineering; computer simulation; electronic sensor technologies; and ERP.
Demonstrated detailed knowledge of IA concepts and requirements.
Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of DOD military specifications and standards.
Understanding of FISMA and HIPAA IA requirements.
Experience with Information Security Management and Information Systems Audit
Must have excellent writing, listening, and public speaking skills.
• BS degree in Computer Science, Business or a related field.
Technical Training in Information Assurance, Information Technology, Medical Systems, Network Design, Strategic Planning, and/or HIPAA law
Requires Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Management Sciences, Computer Science, Information Systems, Social Science, Education, Human Resources Development, and Psychology or other related disciplines and fifteen plus years of experience or Masters degree and twelve plus years of related experience or PhD and ten plus years of related experience and project management experience.
